Job summary

Glidewell Dental in Memphis, TN is seeking a proven production leader with a strong dental technical background to oversee operations, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement. Relocation support may be available for qualified candidates.

Candidates outside the Memphis area are encouraged to apply. You will manage production flow, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and policy adherence across the division while partnering with HR for staff development and performance

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in the dental industry as a dental technician or CDT.
At least 5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Formal education in related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor staff in problem solving, decision making, and process improvement.
Manage production flow and ensure turnaround times are met.
Serve as liaison between divisions and other departments.
Ensure policies, programs, and changes are implemented on the production floor.
Ensure safety, standard work, and quality compliance across the division.
Hire, oversee, develop, and set goals for department staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
