Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dental/medical office is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Knowledge of scheduling, billing, and OSHA practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow to reflect practice mission and values.
• Monitor staff workload and hold staff accountable for daily performance; lead and coach.
• Administer progressive discipline in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Track practice metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for Doctors.
