Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience, preferably in a dental office.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of CDT codes preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations of practice and patient flow align with mission and values; resolve insurance, financial and scheduling issues daily.
• Facilitate maximization of resources to achieve patient satisfaction and daily schedule adherence.
• Maintain master calendar for all office locations and adjust schedules for emergencies.
