Aland Family Dentistry in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our non-provider team toward excellence.

You will mentor frontline staff, optimize scheduling, manage insurance verification and billing workflows, and ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA compliance. This safety-sensitive role requires strong leadership and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental or healthcare practice management experience.
• AA or BA in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proficient with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance aging, AR, and patient coordination.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, optimizing chair utilization and scheduling flow.
• Direct, mentor, and motivate frontline receptionists and clinical staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing workflows, ledger auditing, and daily collections.
• Track KPIs, manage staff schedules, oversee morning huddles, and handle patient relations with empathy.
• Ensure clinic compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CDC, and ADA guidelines.
