Responsibilities

• Resolve insurance, financial and scheduling issues daily.
• Maintain master calendar for all locations and coordinate changes.
• Monitor staff workload and coach for high performance.
• Coordinate staff training and monthly administrative days.
• Prepare daily/weekly practice performance reports and present findings to Doctors.
