PERFECT TEETH is seeking a Dental Office Manager in Austin, TX to lead daily operations and support doctors and staff. You will drive patient experience, manage financials, and coordinate with the team to grow the practice while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship-building skills and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and education of treatment options, and insurance verification.
• Review business results, manage profit and loss, and develop plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to communicate priorities and assignments.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform duties.
