Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship building, and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and educating treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
• Review business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to communicate priorities and assignments.
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
