Job summary

Aland Family Dentistry in Reno, NV is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, guide the non-provider team, and maintain excellence through leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental or healthcare practice management experience required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Strong proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Deep understanding of dental billing, insurance aging, AR and cadence coordination.
• Proven leadership, empathetic staff management, and resolving patient concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations and optimize scheduling.
• Direct and mentor frontline receptionists and clinical staff.
• Manage dental insurance verification, claims, billing workflows, and ledger audits.
• Track KPIs, supervise morning huddles, and maintain patient relations with empathy.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CDC, and ADA compliance across the clinic.
