Willamette Dental is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead a large dental office in Richland. You will partner with the Managing Dentist to ensure exceptional patient experience, staff engagement, and efficient office operations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, staffing, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering a high level of service and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration with 4+ years in a management role.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Leadership roles with stretch goals and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of office staff including customer loyalty, engagement, financials, marketing, staffing, facilities, patient counts, and compliance.
• Monitor key performance areas: budget, staffing, schedules, collections, balance scorecard, referrals, doctor productivity; adjust as needed.
• Identify opportunities and threats to success; take action to improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, core values, and HIPAA compliance; provide a positive patient experience.
