Job summary

Willamette Dental is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee a large Richland-based dental office, ensuring exceptional patient service and interprofessional teamwork. You will lead staff, manage finances, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

In collaboration with the Managing Dentist, you will develop direct reports, delegate duties, and drive operational efficiency while upholding the company’s core values and patient experience commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; four years of management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall office operations, including staff leadership, customer service, and teamwork.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, schedules, referrals, and doctor productivity; adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA/OR-OSHA/WISHA, HIPAA and other regulations.
• Foster a positive, harassment-free work environment; conduct staff meetings and provide feedback.
• Partner with marketing to promote the practice to current and prospective patients and employers.
• Prepare, submit and monitor the office budget and financial goals.
