dfwHR is seeking a Dental Practice Manager for a pediatric dental practice in Humble, TX. The role requires ownership of operations, profitability, and team leadership, with a focus on growth and quality patient care.

The director of operations will drive strategies to optimize scheduling, production, collections, and staff development while collaborating closely with ownership to implement improvements and scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership experience in dental practice management or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to manage employees, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Ability to interpret production reports, collections, financial data, and KPIs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, patient flow, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Monitor production, collections, accounts receivable, labor costs and overall profitability; report to ownership.
• Lead staffing decisions: scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, retention.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase patient volume and profitability.
• Enhance patient experience, front-office operations, and practice systems using Dentrix Ascend.
