Benevis is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to serve as the clinical team leader at the office level, supporting the office manager and doctors with day-to-day clinical operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental assistant.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• SC X-ray and Nitrous Oxide certifications, CPR-BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment regularly.
• Assist the Office Manager in optimizing the efficiency of the office to better serve patients.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring Patient Flow runs smoothly and Same Day Care is available.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new dental assistants.
• Uphold office integrity by adhering to government regulations and company standards.
• Educate parents/students about processes and postoperative instructions.
• Ensure clinical readiness of the office and proper equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with supply representatives for ordering and servicing dental equipment.
• Support staff with duties and uphold compliance programs.
