Ideal candidates have dental office experience, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to scheduling and patient finances.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and set a welcoming tone for exceptional visits.
• Manage the schedule to minimize wait times and proactively resolve issues.
• Act as the connection between patients and the clinical team for smooth handoffs.
• Assist patients through visits, including check-in/check-out, scheduling next appointments, and collecting payments.
• Present treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and financial options clearly.
• Confirm appointments, verify insurance, and follow up on missed or late arrivals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Contribute to a clean, organized front office and support onboarding and daily operations.
