Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; post payments to patient accounts.
• Discuss financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.
