Colorado Endodontic Group is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team as a full-time member. You will manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, co-pays, and records, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

The role requires at least one year of dental front office experience, proficiency with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
