Colorado Endodontic Group is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator for a full-time role in Colorado Springs. The position involves delivering a welcoming patient experience, scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and assisting patients with financing options.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum dental front office experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized, reliable, and detail oriented; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; post payments to patient accounts.
• Discuss financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
