Job summary

Colorado Endodontic Group in Colorado Springs is hiring a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and help manage payments.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of dental front office experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy practice. Denticon experience is a plus; we offer a supportive environment, learning opportunities, and a comprehensive

• Dental front office experience required (1 year minimum).
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
