Dental Group West in Toledo, Ohio offers a flexible 4-day work week with a Monday–Friday schedule and early Friday finishes. The practice is equipped with VaTech CBCT, digital radiographs, Itero scanner, and 3D printer, using Dentrix Ascend and Dexis for patient management.

The role pays $16–$21 per hour full-time with a benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), vision, life insurance, employee discount, and free parking. Open to coordination for a 4-day week.

Qualifications

• License & Certification: Driver’s license.
• Software Experience: Dentrix, Dexis.
• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry.
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued.
• Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
