Job summary

Dental Group West, a general dental practice in Toledo, OH, seeks a skilled dental assistant to support dentists in 4-handed dentistry and patient care. You will manage radiography, sterilization, room prep, and digital workflows using Dentrix Ascend, Dexis, and iTero, while educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Office hours span Monday to Friday (8 AM–7 PM with interview-hour adjustments).

Qualifications

• X-ray / Radiography Certification required.
• Licensed/Certified Dental Assistant; CPR/BLS preferred.
• Experience with modern dental technology and digital workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments.
• Assist dentist during restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.
• Assist with 4-handed dentistry.
• Take dental radiographs and ensure diagnostic image quality.
