Job Description: We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service.

• Answer Multiline phone to schedule New Patients and Existing Patients Appointments
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to schedule Patients Appoints
• Check-In patients for their appointments in a timely matter
• Ensure HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence
• Assist with Patient information and data to ensure all information is accurate and complete
• Provide excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion
