Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
• Use multiple computer programs to manage data and patient charts.
• Communicate with patients via email, phone, texts, and face-to-face.
• Maintain and update patient contact, insurance, and financial information confidentially.
• Schedule visits and address questions related to billing and preparation.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-friendly environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, etc.).

Examples of tasks include checking out patients, presenting paperwork, insurance processing, and answering calls.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in medical or dental front desk roles and insurance verification.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
