Job summary

Charm Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role requires strong dental team leadership, business acumen, and the ability to coach staff while maintaining exceptional patient care.

You will oversee operations, leverage tools like Open Dental, Dental Intelligence and Modento, manage schedules, track KPIs, and drive improved patient experience and office efficiency. Dental management experience is REQUIRED.

Qualifications

• Dental management experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience managing a dental office, multiple departments, or a dental team.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intelligence and Modento is highly preferred.
• Strong treatment presentation and patient-financing experience is also preferred.
• You are organized, energetic, accountable, numbers-driven and comfortable leading from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead dental operations and coach team members to improve performance.
• Coach, develop and hold team accountable; set clear expectations and have tough conversations when needed.
• Use data and KPIs to improve scheduling, production, and performance reports.
• Improve patient experience and overall office efficiency; maintain high standard of patient care.

Dental Operations Manager – Charm Dental Care

Charm Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed dental teams, understands the business side of dentistry, and knows how to coach people while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Salary-$70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has strong experience with:

• Dental management and team leadership
• Open Dental – strong proficiency preferred
• Treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
• Dental Intelligence – understanding KPIs, analytics, scheduling, production and performance reports
• Modento – patient communication, confirmations and workflow management
• Patient financing and payment plans – CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry and similar platforms
• Managing schedules and maximizing provider productivity
• Understanding production, collections, AR and operational KPIs
• Training, coaching and holding team members accountable
• Identifying performance gaps and creating action plans
• Improving patient experience and office efficiency
• Handling difficult patient and team situations professionally

Requirements:

Dental management experience is REQUIRED.

Candidates should have experience managing a dental office, multiple departments, or a dental team and should be comfortable being accountable for both people and performance.

Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intelligence and Modento is highly preferred.

Strong treatment presentation and patient-financing experience is also preferred.
