St. John’s Community Health is seeking a Dental Operations Associate to provide high-level administrative and operational support across multiple dental sites. You will coordinate department operations, monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and assist with referrals and scheduling to improve patient access and efficiency.

The role emphasizes compliance, project coordination, and exceptional customer service for patients, staff, and providers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; 3 years of admin/operations experience.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Enterprise, eClinicalWorks, Power BI; HRSA/UDS reporting.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Dental Leadership Team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly dashboards and reports; analyze KPI trends.
• Coordinate dental referrals and monitor completion; communicate with providers.
• Assist with patient scheduling strategies; optimize access and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and quality initiatives.
• Handle purchasing, budget tracking, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate department projects from initiation to completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
