PDS Health is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Woodland, CA to support the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and growth. You will lead front office staff, supervise in manager's absence, and ensure adherence to PPE principles to gain Patients for Life.

You will collaborate with clinicians, improve patient communication, and ensure compliant cash handling while maintaining company standards in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and front-office supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental services and PPE concept is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties.
• Ensure PPE and Perfect Patient Experience execution to drive revenue.
• Lead daily huddles and improve patient communication.
• Monitor cash handling and accounting processes.
• Support clinicians education and referrals.
