Job summary

Walerga Dental Group is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth for the location. You will supervise the front office team and help ensure the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) is executed to gain Patients for Life (PFL).

In the absence of the Operations Manager, you will lead meetings, plan schedules, and drive initiatives to improve patient communication and office operations, while upholding PDS standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dental or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to lead a front-office team and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager to achieve financial performance and revenue growth.
• Lead front office team; supervise in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to team members.
• Develop patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth; maintain cash management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
