Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the practice’s office operations and support doctors in delivering high-quality patient care. The program includes a ten-week training to build business and leadership skills and ensure growth within the organization.

The role emphasizes staff development, process improvement, and profitability, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 per year and potential earnings up to $70,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations to support doctors and patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.

• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss; align sales to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
