The role includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient service, and driving profitability with strong teamwork and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and leadership to the office team.
• Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance/payment.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss to support goals.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience and performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
