Aspen Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the office operations, align with doctors, and drive patient satisfaction. The ten-week training program will provide business and leadership knowledge to help you grow within our organization.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality care, verify insurance payments, and manage daily operations while leveraging data to improve profitability and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience managing a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and improve patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
