Job summary

Aspen Dental seeks an experienced Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations and support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care. The role includes a ten-week training program and opportunities to grow within a world-class dental service organization.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, patient consultations, financial oversight, and daily team huddles to optimize service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection to ensure high quality of care.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals and increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
