Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and driving revenue growth at its Texas locations. You will help implement the PPE—Perfect Patient Experience—and lead front office teams when the Operations Manager is absent.

The role emphasizes culture, process execution, and staff development, with responsibilities for scheduling, patient communication, and assisting clinicians with referrals while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Models company culture, values, standards and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Acts as manager of supported practice in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns team members to specific duties.
• Develops patient communication skills and facilitates learning among team members.
• Executes the Owner Dentists Clinical Culture to support the PPE and improve outcomes.
• Drives year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Ensures adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
• Provides feedback on tactics affecting financial and patient outcomes.
• Ensures office complies with PPE standards and facility maintenance.
• Leads daily huddles and required meetings.
• Upholds the PDS Brand framework in decision making.
• Executes PDS processes and tools and contributes to their improvement.
• Supports Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
• Assists clinicians with education and referrals regarding Mouth-Body connection.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor; handles confidential records appropriately.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
