Job summary

PDS Health in Utah seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth while ensuring the Perfect Patient Experience. The role supervises front office staff and ensures PPE standards are executed to gain Patients for Life.

You will lead daily huddles, plan schedules, coach patient communications, and uphold policies while driving improvements in service delivery and cash controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience handling confidential records and sensitive information is preferred.
• Understanding of dental/medical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best practices.
• Act as manager in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan and assign team duties and schedules.
• Develop patient communication skills with the team.
• Lead daily huddles and meetings to ensure alignment.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure cash management compliance.
• Provide feedback to improve financial and patient outcomes.
• Ensure facilities meet PDS standards and cleanliness.
