PDS Health is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for Cross Roads Smiles Dentistry in Texas. You will support the Operations Manager to drive financial performance and revenue growth, and ensure the Perfect Patient Experience is delivered to gain Patients for Life.

You will supervise front office staff, coordinate schedules, coach team members, uphold brand standards, and help dental professionals with patient communication and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred coursework or training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front office team; supervise in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan schedules, allocate duties, and drive patient communication skills.
• Uphold PPE standards to gain Patients for Life and ensure brand alignment.
• Support revenue growth and adherence to cash and accounting protocols.
• Participate in daily huddles and meetings; drive continuous improvement.
