Sonrava Health is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the Covina dental office in day-to-day operations, supporting doctors and staff to develop the practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will oversee patient flow, insurance verification, payment collection, and performance planning. Collaboration with providers and team is essential to meet priorities, drive growth, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship-building and team motivation.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient experience; address concerns, explain treatment options, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Review business results and manage profit and loss; create strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure priorities are communicated regularly.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
