Responsibilities

• Supervise all front and back-office staff and cover roles as needed.
• Foster a patient-centric service culture and oversee patient relations.
• Hire and train support staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Verify benefits, manage check-in/out and explain treatment plans.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles; ensure timely collections.
• Monitor scheduling per goals and coordinate with dentists and assistants.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
• Pull patient charts for upcoming appointments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
