Job summary

Coast Dental and Orthodontics is hiring an Office Manager to build and maintain a productive dental practice across multiple locations in Florida. The role includes leading front/back-office teams, ensuring accurate payroll, deposits, and cash handling, and communicating treatment plans and payment options to patients.

The Manager will travel between Tarpon Springs and other offices as needed, ensuring staffing levels align with goals and regional directives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, or equivalent, and three years working experience.
• Working knowledge of front and back-office healthcare operations.
• Intermediate computer skills; MS Office Word/Excel and dental office software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage performance of office team members.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
• Review and train on Accounts Receivables and collections.
• Ensure daily deposits are completed on time and petty cash is controlled.
• Travel between offices to provide coverage when needed.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and overtime controls.
