Your day-to-day

• Leadfront & back-office staff with clarity, consistency, and care

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, submit claims, benefit verification, and pre-authorizations to medical insurance

• Drive KPIs and performance with accountability and vision

• Champion every patient's journey with empathy and proactive communication

• Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams on treatment goals and productivity
