Job summary

URBN Dental Pearland is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing private practice. You’ll provide preventive care, educate patients, and maintain a welcoming, modern office atmosphere.

Ideal candidate has 2 years of RDH experience, strong teamwork, and a passion for learning. Full-time with Saturday half-days, health insurance, CE courses, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RDH license required (Registered Dental Hygienist)
• 2 years of RDH experience preferred
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative instructions
• Document dental hygiene services and vital signs in patient records
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and adhere to regulations

Typical Schedule:

• Saturday's are half-days (8am-2pm)

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Maintains a welcoming, caring, and soothing demeanour towards patients and team.
• Maintains instruments sharpened
• Educates patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions and postoperative instructions; providing reminders of time of next dental hygiene visit.
• Documents dental hygiene services by recording vital signs and medical and dental histories; charting in patient records.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience:

• Dental Hygienist: 2 years (preferred)
• Always learning and willing to learn

• 8-hour shift
