|Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available | Compensation: $200,000–$350,000/year (Daily Guarantee and/or Commission-Based)

What We’re Looking For:

A confident and compassionate General Dentist who thrives in a patient-first, team-driven environment! We’re seeking someone who’s not only skilled clinically but also values connection, clear communication, and collaborative leadership.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 1+ year of Private Practice experience (Preferred)
  • GPR or AEGD training (Recommended)
  • A flexible and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the company
  • A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and team contribution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry with integrity and compassion
  • Direct and support hygienists and dental assistants
  • Foster a welcoming, high-end experience for every patient
  • Provide care in oral surgery, endodontics, implant restorations, laser dentistry, and Invisalign therapy
  • Maintain an organized, sterile, and efficient clinical environment
  • Contribute to practice growth through relationship-building and positive patient outcomes
  • Lead by example with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Days: Week 1: Monday–Thursday, Week 2: Wednesday–Saturday (Saturday half-day with lunch provided). Allowing for a 5-day weekend biweekly, great for work-life balance!
  • Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
  • Pay: Competitive commission-based structure with earnings between $200,000–$350,000/year
