Passion Dental is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Saugus Dentistry and Braces location. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while driving operational and financial goals.

You will oversee scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity, supervise front desk and clinical staff, and collaborate with doctors to grow the practice. Strong leadership and dental finance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
• Lead and support front office and clinical support team members
• Ensure a positive patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
• Support treatment acceptance and patient financial discussions
• Monitor office performance and key metrics
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Partner with doctors and leadership to support practice growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
