Pine Ridge Dental Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Longmont to lead our team and help a well-established practice continue to grow. You will support doctors, develop the team, improve the patient experience, and keep the business side moving in the right direction.

You’ll lead operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow while building accountability around goals and KPIs, and collaborating with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, and recruiting teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental office leadership and operations.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
• Strong scheduling, insurance, collections, and patient financial conversations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the dental team.
• Partner with doctors and clinical leaders.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
• Build accountability around goals and team expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support treatment presentation, case acceptance, collections, and patient retention.
• Maintain a strong patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
• Resolve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the team.
• Collaborate with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, recruiting and support teams.
