You will coordinate scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and ensure compliance while partnering with clinicians to achieve practice goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of dental administration experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of dental operations, insurance, treatment coordination, and patient finances.
• Ability to partner with doctors and leadership to meet goals.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and patient experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, and records with the team.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and budgeting with the office manager.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff; coach and develop the team.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and practice policies.
