This role goes beyond scheduling and fires; we want a trusted partner to the doctor, owning daily management, analyzing performance, solving problems, and making thoughtful recommendations.

The goal is to free the doctor to focus on clinical dentistry while you lead the team and drive the business forward, with a modern practice and a culture built on collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental practice management or related healthcare management.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Confident analyzing data and financial information.
• Strong problem solver with independent thinking.
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and team management.
