Job summary

McCall Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to take ownership of the business and people side of a growing practice. You will partner with the doctor, manage day-to-day operations, analyze performance, solve problems, and make thoughtful recommendations to allow the doctor to focus on clinical dentistry.

The ideal candidate will lead the team, oversee financial/administrative functions, and support HR while maintaining a high level of service and culture.

• Experienced in dental practice management or a related healthcare management role.
• Confident navigating and managing multiple forms of technology.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Confident analyzing data and financial information.
• Strong problem solver who can think independently.
• Comfortable making recommendations and decisions.
