Star Dental Partners is seeking a Full Time Dental Office Manager in Chantilly, VA. The OM will oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and patient experiences at a busy dental practice, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Dental Office Manager and front office leadership experience required.
• Proficient in dental performance management software.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue cycle, A/R (budgeting).
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership, coaching and training.
• Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Staff and patient scheduling.
• Time & Attendance management.
• Payroll process management.
• Accounts Payable management.
• Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment.
