Job summary

Bedi Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager for our North Andover practice. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, training, billing, insurances, and budgets while building strong patient relations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Join our eight-office Greater Boston area network, with a Vermont office, and contribute to a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient care, efficiency, and a positive office culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office is required.
• 2+ years in a managerial role including personnel management, scheduling and payroll.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project management.
• Ensure schedule is booked and confirmed according to office protocol.
• Coordinate marketing and referral efforts.
• Analyze financial data to improve morale, efficiency and performance.
• Achieve financial goals while supporting a positive office culture.
• Provide direct leadership to achieve success.
• Train and mentor team members for optimal patient service.
• Onboard new staff to integrate into the practice environment.
• Assist with patient and team issues and concerns.
