Job summary

Advanced Dental Care of Austin in Northwest Austin is hiring a Dental Patient Experience Coordinator for a full-time role. You will own the patient journey from first contact to checkout, ensuring a smooth, friendly and efficient experience.

The role emphasizes timely communication, accurate data handling, and proactive scheduling to keep the schedule full. Open Dental experience is a plus, and the team supports growth into leadership and coordination roles.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
• Love helping people and creating great experiences

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries empathetically, promptly and professionally
• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
• Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments
• Schedule according to office templates and provider goals to keep it full
• Verify all pertinent patient information and record accurately
• Complete assigned administrative follow-up tasks on time
• Teamwork and Communication with everyone to enhance patient experiences
• Coachable and systems oriented
• High phone answer and new patient conversion rates
• Patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for
• Schedules stay productive and organized
• Tasks are completed accurately with minimal follow-up
