Job summary

Encinitas Oral Surgery is seeking an Office Manager to lead the overall Practice operations, drive patient care, and manage financial performance at our Encinitas location. The role requires oversight of staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company standards.

You will supervise both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, andPartner with surgeons to optimize efficiency and patient experience in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with Surgeons or Medical Doctors.
  • Thinks and acts strategically while driving a high level of accountability to direct reports.
  • Leads with integrity and respect while effectively managing the performance of the team.
  • 2+ years of operational leadership experience; healthcare or dental industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves Practice financial objectives for revenue, expenses and profit performance.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies across payer relations, credentialing, revenue cycle, A/R/A/P and inventory.
  • Drives patient care, efficiency and productivity through scheduling, planning and verification processes.
  • Oversees staffing, training, timekeeping and performance management for non-clinical and clinical staff.
