Phillips, Cooper and Associates is now hiring a Full-Time Dental Office Manager in Washington DC.

As a Full-Time Dental Office Manager, join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:45am - 2:00pm.

Job Summary

Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) network, the Dental Office Manager (OM) oversees the operations of a single location. The OM focuses on operational tasks to enhance efficiency and growth, working closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and the primary dentist.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in dental management software (Denticon preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and metrics
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of P&L management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC)
Work Environment & Conditions
  • Full-time schedule (~40 hours/week), with possible extended hours
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Prolonged sitting/standing, lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous materials
  • Appropriate work attire required
