How You’ll Make a Difference

Lead office operations, support doctors, and create positive patient experiences. Participate in a ten-week training to build your leadership and business skills.

  • Deliver compassionate patient service following policies and regulations
  • Hire, develop, and retain staff
  • Consult with patients on treatment, verify insurance, and ensure collections
  • Review business results, manage profit/loss, and develop strategies to increase profitability
  • Lead daily team huddles to optimize patient care and business performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year managing a team
  • High school diploma or higher; college preferred
  • People-centric leader with strong communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
