Responsibilities
  • Establish positive and growth-minded office dynamics that embody teamwork to attain regional goals and maintain team member retention.
  • Model the clinic to company culture, values, standards, and operational practices.
  • Develop team members through active leadership, comprehensive training, counseling, and coaching.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budgets.
  • Utilize analytics to identify opportunities and causes of low performance to develop and implement action plans.
  • Investigate, assess, and resolve staff and patient concerns, developing timely conflict resolution.
  • Learn and proficiently handle DOCS people-related functions including hiring, onboarding, retention, performance evaluation, and separation processes.
  • Report weekly to the Area Manager on practice metrics, accomplishments, goals, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations from DOCS Dental, State, Federal, AAFES, and other agencies.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude in accordance with company policies, demonstrating respect and professionalism.
  • Maintain good housekeeping throughout the practice.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in dental office management or 3+ years managing dental assistants.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with dental software.
  • Ability to contribute individually and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access if not already held.
  • Successful passing of background check and drug screening.
